How to claim your guarantee

1. For the guarantee to apply, you must have taken an official ACT exam before using the MyMaxScore course.
2. You must complete the entire MyMaxScore course. This includes answering every question in the system correctly at least once with a minimum average of one minute per question.
3. You must take the ACT within 2 weeks of completing the MyMaxScore program.

5. Two unopened official ACT score reports must be mailed to our address. We need an official score report for the test you took prior to using MyMaxScore and an official score report for the test you took after completing MyMaxScore.

Once we’ve received your official reports, allow 14 business days for us to confirm your usage and completion of the course, your ACT scores, and your eligibility. Upon confirmation, we will mail you a refund to the address you’ve provided.
